1. Return Period

You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to notify us of your wish to return an item.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be in its original, unused condition
• Be in its original packaging
• Not have been damaged by the customer

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Promotional or sale items (unless manufacturing defect)
• Customized items
• Items clearly used or damaged by the customer

4. Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please contact us by email at cookilooc@gmail.com, stating:

• Your order number
• The item you wish to return
• The reason for the return

We will respond within 48 hours with return instructions.

5. Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If the return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 14 business days.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you have received a defective item or an item different from your order, please contact us immediately at cookilooc@gmail.com. We will cover the return shipping costs and send you a replacement or issue a full refund.
